Accommodation

Brunswick Private offers predominantly private rooms, and also a number of twin-shared rooms. All rooms have their own ensuite. We will endeavour to provide you with a private room for your stay if requested, but this may not always be possible.

A television, radio and Wi-Fi are available in each room. Newspapers are available for purchase from Acopio Café, conveniently located onsite.

Meals

Food and nutrition are an integral part of your experience at Brunswick Private Hospital.

Our catering team aims to provide you with nutritious and tasty meals to aid your recovery. A menu is provided each day, allowing you to select meals according to your tastes and dietary requirements.

We also have a range of special diets available to meet your needs, and for those wishing to observe religious, cultural or personal principles.

Meal service times are:

• Breakfast: 6:45am - 7:45am
• Lunch: 11:45am - 12:45pm
• Dinner: 4:45pm - 5:45pm

A selection of biscuits, cakes and fresh fruit are also available at morning tea, afternoon tea and supper.

Acopio Café

Brunswick Private has a cafe is located in the main foyer of the hospital. Both sit down meals and takeaway food are available. The café is open:

• Weekdays - 8:00am til 5:00pm
• Weekends - 10:00am til 4:00pm

Snacks and refreshments can also be purchased from vending machines which are available in common areas of the hospital.

Coffee, tea and biscuits are available in our lounge facilities, for patients, staff and visitors at all times.

Hydrotherapy pool

Brunswick Private is equipped with state of the art hydrotherapy pool facilities.

Gymnasiums

We have a number of gyms throughout the hospital to help patients regain optimal function.

Foxtel

Foxtel is available in the main patient lounge on East Ward.

Volunteers

Our dedicated group of volunteers regularly visit patients in the hospital to offer companionship and a friendly ear to listen. They also hold monthly morning tea gatherings in the East Ward lounge area to which all patients are very welcome.

Chaplaincy

A chaplaincy service is available. Please ask a member of our team if you wish to contact a Chaplain or arrange a visit.

Interpreter services

An accredited interpreter service can be arranged if necessary. There may be an additional charge for this service.

Podiatrist and Hairdresser

Podiatrist and hairdresser services can be arranged on request. Please speak with your Nurse or reception staff.

Florist

There are several florists in close proximity to our hospital. Please note that Brunswick Private Hospital is not affiliated with either of these businesses.
