TAKE A SNAPSHOT - Show us how you prioritise your mental health
PUT US IN THE PICTURE- Show us how you make your mental health matter
Our lives during the COVID-19 pandemic have changed in a variety of ways. Social distancing, additional hand hygiene and health screening have become the new norm. Indoor and outdoor spaces have become re-defined as we find new ways to express our creativity and strengthen our feelings of connectedness.
To increase awareness of mental health issues and capture some of the many moments in time that portray the lifestyle changes we have all experienced during this unprecedented period, we are inviting all of Australia to submit photographs using the hashtag #HealtheCareMHphoto. Whether it be spending more quality time with your family, pets or out in nature; rearranging your home; or starting a new hobby, show us how you prioritise your well-being and make your mental health matter!
Along with your photograph we want you to tell us, in a maximum of 100 words, the thoughts and feelings behind your photograph.
Exhibition
A selection of the winning photographs will be displayed across Healthe Care Australia social platforms and featured at hospital sites.
Awards
Winners will be awarded a cash prize of $500! There will be honourable mentions along with certificates for the works of merit too.
